Decree Adopted: Changing Conditions of Loan Agreement for Citizens and companies During the state of Emergency
An ordinance is adopted confirming how banks and saving houses during the state of emergency will be able to enable citizens and companies to pay late installments and other facilities that will facilitate servicing of loans during the coronavirus crisis.
The ordinance allows changing the terms of the contract for loans to be made quicker and simpler, without jeopardizing public health – without visiting bank offices and branches and waiting in line at counters to sign annexes to contracts.
As announced, in line with recent regulatory changes, banks and savings houses will offer citizens and companies more advantages such as:
– extension of grace period for loan repayment;
– extension of the loan repayment for a longer period;
– lower interest rate etc.
This applies to all credit products:
– consumer loans, residential loans, mortgage loans, car loans etc;
– credit card;
-allowed withdrawal (minus approved);
