Part of the conclusions from the 28th Government meeting on the situation with coronavirus – # COVID19:

At this meeting, an Ordinance with the force of law was adopted, on the implementation of the Law on Tax Procedure during the state of emergency, proposing to reduce interest on the amount of less or more tax paid and other taxes so it is proposed to calculate and pay interest up to 0.015% for each day of delay, instead of 0.03% as required by law;

It also stipulates that the Directorate of Public Revenue will not publish the list of debtors for April, May and June 2020;

At this meeting, the Government adopted an ordinance with the force of law amending the Law on Personal Income in a State of Emergency;

At this meeting, the Government adopted an ordinance with the force of law amending the Law on Income Tax in a State of Emergency;

The Government adopted a Legislative Ordinance on how to change the contractual terms of credit exposure to banks and savings banks;

On the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, today the Government approved the Ordinance with legal force, amending the Law on Business Organizations in times of emergency.
