The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia held a workshop for member companies on the topic “Supply chain, digitalization and consumer behavior”

15.08.2024, Skopje – In the framework of the Training Center of ECNWM, in cooperation with the member company Insider ID, a workshop was organized on the topic – “Supply chain, digitalization and consumer behavior”, a project supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development .

The topics that were addressed during the workshop were: general market indicators for broad consumption, consumer behavior and their impact in relation to the business model, branding and consumer loyalty, digitalization, as well as data-based decisions.

The aim of the workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement and use digital technologies within the supply chain, thereby increasing operational efficiency.

Additionally, this workshop will provide member company participants with enhanced skills and capabilities to implement digital strategies that increase supply chain efficiency, improve responsiveness to customer demands, and foster a more agile and resilient supply chain network that aligns with the evolving needs of the market.
