Local elections and the interest of the business sector – ECNWM held a meeting with the political partie VMRO-DPMNE
The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia welcomes in a meeting representatives of the political partie VMRO-DPMNE.
Given that this year, in addition to the fight against the crisis of Covid19, local elections will be held in 2021. Given the fact that ECNWM in principle has a professional and equal approach to all political entities, as well as given the traditional meetings which our chamber have held with the parties before the elections, today a meeting was held with the partie VMRO-DPMNE, where its leader and 3 other representatives were present.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss important issues that lead to improving the business climate, overcoming the crisis caused by the Kovid-19 pandemic but also other important issues related to local government that affect the business sector.
Traditionally, we as a Chamber, whenever elections are scheduled, we hold meetings with political parties, presenting our programs and ideas in order to achieve faster economic growth and development. In our work we are based on the basic principles of the Chamber, which are: transparency, reducing imbalances regional economic development, reducing unemployment, creating an economic platform for sustainable economic development and increasing GDP over 4% in the next four years – says the President of ECNWM Mr. Nebi Hoxha.
Such meetings prove that ECNWM is principled in its approach and that any entity that can and is interested in contributing to the economic development of the country will find a partnership in ECNWM.
