The President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia and a large number of member companies of the chamber today are part of the panel discussion with the Ministry of Education about vocational secondary education.

The Economic Chamber for years has alerted about the lack of suitable staff and adequate qualifications for the needs of the business sector. It is paradoxical the situation which has covered the market in the country, where we have high unemployment, while on the other hand the business complains about the lack of staff. This of course shows the incompatibility of the product of the education system with the demand of the real sector.

ECNWM has always supported initiatives that improve the situation of human resources in the country, given the fact that now in our 4-year strategy, as a second pillar we have Human Resources as the main pillar of any business.

Skilled staff presents a perspective for youth and opportunities for the realization of new ideas and social flows.

ECNWM appreciates such initiatives and at the same time will continue to contribute to improving the situation.
