In order to improve and facilitate the implementation of the laws in the Republic of North Macedonia, the USAID “Better Business Regulatory Partnership” project, together with the four main partners: the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Association of Macedonian Economic Chambers, Economic Chamber of Macedonia and the Chamber of Commerce of Information and Communication Technologies – MASIT organized a focus group for the presentation of the Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing the Law on Investment Financial Support which is in the process of being approved.

The purpose of this focus group is to present the proposed changes and additions and to hold a discussion on the draft law with experts in the field, as well as companies that have received financial support and companies that have so far not succeeded in winning calls for financial support sharing. In this focus group, the representatives of the companies will have the opportunity to discuss how the financial support effect of the investments can be improved, how the law should be adjusted so that the support is real and directed towards capacity building of the private sector and improvement of the economic situation in the country.
