Representatives of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia say that the possibility of opening a company for just one euro facilitates the cost procedure, although, as they explain, with the one-stop-shop system reforms, the procedure for opening enterprises has been simplified, while the bankruptcy or liquidation procedure is quite complex.

Facilitating the process of opening up enterprises does not necessarily mean that it will contribute to reducing the gray economy.
