ECNWM-The State must remove barriers that prevent private construction investments
We always emphasizxe that if capital investments are not realized with over 80 percent of those planned, then they are not of a developmental character, we are not moving in the aimed direction as an economy. ECNWM recently noted the problem faced by construction companies.
Due to decisions to repeal and the moratorium on detailed urban plans, companies are not allowed to carry out many construction projects, which, according to initial estimates, would exceed the value of 500 million euros. An amount that would be a strong infusion for the economy and would support other similar activities.
We believe that the state can contribute to help the economy, and this does not necessarily mean that it will have to support companies with subsidies and financial support, but through investment incentives for sectors that have capacity.
