This legal decree regulates the conditions, ways and procedure of financial support of the private sector employers affected by the health and economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus, for the payment of workers’ salaries for the months of April and May 2020.

“Employer from the private sector” in terms of this decree is any legal person from the private sector that employs workers under the employment contract, a natural person who employs workers under an employment contract and beneficiary of the employer, in accordance with the Law on Private Employment Agencies.
