Skopje East Gate – ECNWM members ready to invest in the country
In difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the success of the Skopje East Gate Shopping Center is sealed today with the signing of the largest agreement in the country between the business sector and banks.
Banks will lend 75 milion euros, which will finance the first phase of the mall construction. Skopje East Gate is a project of the Balfin Group, owned by Samir Mane and Arsim Papraniku, which started to be implemented in June 2018.
ECNWM members once again prove that they are ready for investments in the country, which will improve the conditions for doing business as well as the creation of new jobs.
