Selling and new challenges

Nico Berberu is the expert who trained the leaders of 15 selected companies within the Post Covid 19 Transformative Program implemented by ECNWM with the support of the USAID Business Ecosystem Project.

The training, on the topic of Sales, is the second training for the managers of these enterprises within this project. The training discussed all the potential challenges related to the sale and Covid-19, on how to reach the ideal buyer, how to make a pricing policy, how to determine exactly what the buyer wants, change the habits of buyers under pressure of the pandemic and other questions related to sales growth in this difficult period for companies. During the training, ECNWM representatives and the trainer answered questions from participants about sales.

Through this program, ECNWM helps companies increase their competitiveness and productivity and overcome the challenges they face due to the pandemic. Such trainings enable managers to acquire new skills and through their proactive application in their daily work to

achieve a satisfactory number of sales. Supporting local businesses is essential for developing the economy and dealing with the economic consequences of the pandemic.
