ECNWM as an important institution supports the youth who follow the path of professional development. This was stated by the President of the Chamber, Mendi Qyra, in his speech at the scholarship award ceremony for students, organized by the ALBIZ Foundation. Qyra underlined that investing in education and young staff is the key to the economic and social development of our society.

“We are deeply convinced that the path we have taken is the right one and that the argument for this is the very existence of your institution (ALBIZ) for more than a decade. The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, as a representative of the private sector, is always ready to support such initiatives, because a strong education system is a key factor for a secure future for the generations to come. But we as a business community believe that at certain times, we should shed our modesty and more loudly promote our achievements as the ALBIZ Foundation, as well as the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia”, said President Mendi Qyra.

He emphasized that the ECNWM has achieved great achievements, the latest of which is the victory in a dispute in the Constitutional Court, which anulled the solidarity tax, and as a result, businesses will be refunded a full 50 million euros, an opportunity for students to benefit from these funds. According to President Qyra, the results are evident for the proper and professional organization of Albanian business in the country.

“Therefore, I encourage students to work with dedication to achieving their goals. Meanwhile, students who have received scholarships should always remember that they are followers of a great tradition, which encourages them to play an active role in improving social life. I encourage you to work with dedication and passion to achieve your goals, taking advantage of every opportunity that such programs offer. I wish that this academic year brings you rich experiences and countless opportunities to grow as individuals and professionals, while the ECNWM and its membership stand by you to carry out practical work and permanent employment, as the only way to complete the link of this excellent cycle between employers and the new workforce”, stated the President of the ECNWM, Mendi Qyra.
