The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, in collaboration with the Chamber of Trade and Industry Kosova, organized a training on “Promoting ESG Practices (Environmental, Social, and Governance) in the Western Balkans.”

This training is designed to equip businesses, NGOs, and academic institutions with the knowledge and tools necessary to integrate ESG principles into their operations effectively, including key topics such as ESG standards, reporting, risk management, and identifying opportunities for sustainable business development.

Participants were guided through regulatory frameworks, the reporting process, and risk management according to best ESG practices. In addition to theoretical sessions, a practical demonstration of ESG software solutions was conducted, presenting specific tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

This training offered a valuable networking opportunity, as well as facilitating the exchange of ideas and collaboration among businesses interested in adopting a more sustainable approach.
