The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia always supports businesses and values human resources and their values, they are an essential part of business growth. If they want to stay competitive in both domestic and international markets, they need to constantly improve, but this process is successful only with successful and appropriate staff.

Based on this ECHNWM at this meeting implemented a Methodology for the Development of Standards of Practice, this methodology aims to: define processes for the development of standards of practice, which aim to bridge the gap between the real needs of enterprises related to providing new or current staff with relevant skills and competencies, whether formal or non-formal education.

The key element is their development to be in line with the needs of the companies. With a workshop based on this two-stage methodology, ECNWM believes it will help businesses get the right kind of help.
