Dear members, Regarding the Decision on determining the existence of a state of emergency, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 104/2020 date 17.04.2020 and the Decision on detention and special regime of movement in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia published in the Official Gazette no. 107/2020 dated 22.04.2020, prohibiting movement in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia from Monday to Friday in the time period from 19:00 to 05:00 the next day and in the time period from 15:00 on Saturday to 05:00 on Monday, in order to prevent the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19 and protect the population of the Republic of North Macedonia, due to the need to maintain the continuity of the work process and organization of the company’s work, at the Seventh Meeting of the Main Coordinating Staff of the Crisis, held on March 22, 2020, a Form for Permission of Movement of Employees was provided in order to Perform Work in Shifts and Night Work.

The movement permitwill only be valid for the person whose name is listed on that permit. For the validity of the permit, the production capacities and other enterprises during the police hour, it is necessary to place the form in the memorandum of the company, with the signature and the seal of the responsible person in that company. The movement permit for workers to perform shift work and night work may be issued and valid for more working days. At the same time, we remind legal entities of the legal obligation to notify the State Labor Inspectorate about the work in shifts and night work, respectively they are obliged to inform the Labor Inspectorate (State Labor Inspectorate). It is necessary for economic operators that have production capacities to adjust their working hours according to the police hours.
