Measures and conclusions from the Government meeting
Part of the conclusions from the 46th meeting of the Government, regarding the situation created with coronavirus – COVID19:
At its 46th session, the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia adopted the Decree on the Implementation of the Law on Value Added Tax during the state of emergency;
This decree extends the deadline for submitting the VAT-04 form, as well as for the payment of value added tax, for the period from 01.02.2020-29.02.2020, from April 30, 2020, for the period 01.03.2020 -31.03.2020 and for period 01.01.2020 – 31.03.2020, from 30 April 2020.
The decree also extends the deadline for submitting the VAT-04 form and for the payment of tax for the period 01.04.2020-30.04.2020, until 31 May 2020;
Today the government approved a decision allowing the export of economic operators and producers from the Republic of North Macedonia for disinfectants: soaps with or without disinfectants, preparations (for washing, cleaning and gel) in which case with each export in the Custom administration you have to attach a Declaration by the exporter and producer that a certain percentage of these funds remain as mandatory stock for domestic market needs;
At this session, the Government approved an amendment to the Decree with legal force to limit the payment of salary supplements and contributions for public sector employees during the state of emergency.
