Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia as main partner, in cooperation with the University of Ljubljana – Faculty of Economics, European Center for Education, Leadership and Entrepreneurship and Idea O.K. training and consulting within the Erasmus + project, “New Practice Standards: Standards for Internships Created by Companies”,participated in a week-long training in France to increase management capacities. During this period, participants were trained in implementing the Lean Six Sigma management model, which focuses on eliminating waste and lowering variations during different work processes by improving the performance of the company at the same time is applicable to any industry, both in manufacturing, in commerce and in other services.

ECNWM continuously contributes to enhancing the professional qualification and quality of the students’ education in order to have skilled labor resources that will be ready for the performance of the labor market from the day of employment is also the main goal of the project.

Participants at the end of the training also received certificates for the first level of Lean Sigma Six, which proves that ECNWM is always devoted to increase the professional its staff capacity.
