Forum with topic: The challenges of companies to find out qualitative workforce in modern era

In terms of  easier implementation of laws in the Republic of Macedonia, USAID’s “Partnership for Better Business Regulatory” project, along with four main partners: Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, the Economic Chamber of Macedonia, Assosiation of Economic Chambers, the Chamber of Commerce for Information Technology (MASIT) and EPI Centar Internacional organized a forum on Challenges of Companies to Find Quality Workforce in Modern Time in Skopje. Participants in this forum were also deputy. Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Kocho Angjusev, representatives of USAID North Macedonia, professors as well as numerous companies.

Discussions on labor relations that motivate workers to stay in the country, legal regulation and how we stand, are discussed, what are our obligations to join the EU? What are the EU legal rules that will be reflected in our legislation?

In the second part of the forum, comparative analysis was carried out with neighboring developed countries regarding the issues of maintaining the workforce in the country and what measures should be taken in this regard.
