The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia says salary growth should be a natural effect of economic growth and development.

“ECNWM welcomes this initiative, but care must be taken on the way how this increase its going to be carried out. Our chamber was the most imposing about the previous minimum salary increase and continues with the same attitude. “Although this will be a burden for companies, it will increase purchasing power, it will contribute to reduce youth migration and increase salary, stimulate the workforce,” say from the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia.
