ECNWM, now also a regional partner of the World Economic Forum
The executive office of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, after several months of negotiations with senior representatives of the World Economic Forum, reaches important agreements for the inclusion of the Republic of Kosovo in the report “Global Competitiveness Index”.
After a successful four-year partnership with the World Economic Forum, ECNWM is entrusted with the inclusion of the Republic of Kosovo in this very important economic report for the business climate of the countries involved, a report which will be implemented through the strategic partner of ECNWM, the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo of Commerce.
The Global Competitiveness Index report assesses the ability of countries to provide satisfactory levels of prosperity for businesses and their citizens, in relation to the real needs of those countries. This is done by measuring the efficiency of utilizing the available resources of that country, as well as by measuring the efficiency of institutions, policies and factors which play an important role in determining economic sustainability and prosperity in that country.
So far, 141 countries are part of it, but with the inclusion of the Republic of Kosovo, there will now be one more country in this important global economic report.
