ECNWM is Skeptical of Reforms in Public Administration – Free Radio Evropa
The Government of Macedonia, through administration reforms, envisaged in the Government’s plan, aims to establish an efficient administration while the excess of administrators plans to orient it to private companies. This is presented as a process that will be implemented in a difficult way.
Much of the reorganization is envisaged to be completed in early 2020, while the rest is expected to be completed in 2021 and the business sector appears skeptical of this move.
The Executive Director of ECNWM, Drilon Iseni said: “We also have to do with the mentality because it is a completely different working mentality in the private sector where there is a work-oriented in the results while work in the administration is process-oriented.”
He adds that business, however, remains open to discuss in this regard if a functional strategy is created.
