24.09.2021 – ECNWM welcomed the President of VMRO-DPMNE, Mr. Hristijan Mickoski and other senior representatives of the party, in the framework of meetings where the platform for local economic development of RNM is presented.

The President of ECNWM, Mr. Nebi Hoxha in this meeting emphasized that the fight against corruption, rule of law but also other elements such as infrastructure, institutional reforms, transparency and accountability, etc., are key to enabling the conditions through which economic development will be stimulated.

Also Mr. Hoxha said that he expects political parties to reflect on this ECNWM platform, because consulting with the business sector is the best way to identify and solve the problems that business and the economy face. He added that local elections are a real opportunity for political parties to show that they are cooperating with business in order to achieve an overall economic success for the citizens and the state in general.

On behalf of VMRO-DPMNE, Mr. Mickoski said that their platform is similar to that of ECNWM and that both are aimed at improving the lives of citizens. He also stressed that they are dedicated to efficient and responsible work and that ECNWM is a partner for future cooperation.

ECNWM does not interrupt its participation where the interest of the business should be protected, and that this meeting is part of that initiative.
