Conclusions from Government meetings
Part of the conclusions from the 26th and 27th Government meeting on the situation with coronavirus – # COVID19:
At its 26th session, the Government adopted an Ordinance with the force of law on the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law during the state of emergency. Where all proceedings initiated, such as the preliminary procedure for the opening of a bankruptcy proceeding and the opening of a bankruptcy proceeding against a bankruptcy debtor, shall be postponed for the duration of the state of emergency;
The government made a decision to abolish the import tariff – the customs measure on certain goods – medical supplies;
At this hearing, the Government adopted a decision, amending the Decision for setting higher prices for certain products in wholesale and retail trade. According to this decision to set higher prices for certain products in wholesale and retail trade in Article 1 of this Decision, the words “and disinfectants” shall be supplemented by the words “medical supplies and medical equipment and supplies”;
At its 26th session, the Government adopted an ordinance with the force of law amending the Law on Obligations. The adoption of this ordinance is intended to facilitate the working conditions and remuneration of the real economic sector, as well as the citizens of the country in conditions of a severely troubled economic situation and the liquidity of legal entity;
At its 27th session, the Government decided to ban movement in the municipality of Kumanovo, and it is recommended that economic operators with large production and sales capacity in the territory of the municipality of Kumanovo regulate their work with a reduced number of employees, Considering the prohibition of entry and exit from and within the territory of the municipality of Kumanovo;
The government has adopted a law-enforcement ordinance to implement the Tourism Law during the state of emergency. Travel agencies will issue coupons worth the amount paid for the canceled arrangement as a result of the Coronavirus crisis.
