ECNWM stays always close to companies in our country, insuring them protection of their interest. The last case that took place, with misuse in the name of our partner member GEMAK which concerns us as organization and we call for appropriate steps to be taken.

We as organization take care of the image and reputation of our members, and considering this problem, we feel obliged to inform that we as Economic Chamber raise our voice against any harm that can affect our members and causing considerable moral and material damage.

The problem that is facing the up mentioned company is related with certain group of people, that by using the name of the company GEMAK , they do different kind of fictive orders and scam the other contracting side , that’s why we alert every member of ECNWM to be careful and to control in details every order or purchase that they accept from GEMAK or from 3d parties in order to not be part of their scams.
