The President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Mr. Mendi Qyra, welcomed the Director of Prishtina REA, Mr. Ahmet Jetullahu, and Mr. Blerim Zllatku for a meeting to discuss opportunities for cooperation aimed at connecting member companies in their activities.

During the meeting, Mr. Jetullahu presented the work and upcoming initiatives of Prishtina REA, emphasizing the involvement of international companies and the opportunities offered to entrepreneurs in the region. Host Mr. Qyra expressed the willingness of ECNWM and its member companies to actively participate in these important initiatives for cooperation and economic development.

The regional B2B event – “Balkonnect Festival 2025” – was also discussed. The event is organized by Prishtina REA in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Enterprise Network, and will take place on May 23–24, 2025.

In this regard, a Letter of Intent for Cooperation was signed between ECNWM and Prishtina REA, aiming to strengthen international ties, promote the private sector, encourage investment and innovation, and create a structured and long-term approach to regional economic cooperation.
