The President of ECNWM, Mr. Nebi Hoxha participant in VET Summit 2021, whose topic was “Implementation of the VET system in Kosovo: The future of VET”, where the main purpose of the discussion panel was the challenges, risks and opportunities and was also discussed for lessons learned from countries represented by their diplomats and the exchange of international best practices.

In his speech, Nebi Hoxha conveyed the position of ECNWM regarding this issue. Raising the standard of living is a process which should take place in parallel with the training of staff in the country, in order to avoid as much as possible scenarios where our workforce seeks work outside our country. What is noticed in our areas is that we have a discrepancy between the official statistics on unemployment and the demand for labor in the real market.
