Today, the Constitutional Court ruled in favor of ECNWM, regarding the appeal case officially submitted by the Chamber to the Constitutional Court on 25.10.2023.

At a press conference, the President of the Constitutional Court, D-r. Darko Kostadinovski, stated that companies have up to 5 years to request a refund if they have been subject to injustice.

From the very beginning of the drafting and adoption of this law, ECNWM categorically stated that it was unconstitutional and together with its partners “Lansky, Ganzger, Zeqiri + Partner Skopje”, emerged victorious, defending the interests of local businesses and its members like never before.

The President of ECNWM, Mendi Qyra, considers this a victory of truth and proof that businesses have strong protection against injustices they may sometimes face in our country.

For more than a year, ECNWM has been vocal in all media appearances, harshly criticizing this law and calling on all relevant stakeholders to prevent the retroactive penalization of businesses and citizens.
