ECNWM participating in the Conference “Synergy of partners for providing education and vocational training oriented towards market needs”.
Today the executive director of ECNWM, Mr. Drilon Iseni, was a panelist at the Conference on ” Synergy of partners for providing education and vocational training oriented towards market needs.”
This panel discussed important issues regarding the workforce and their qualifications as well as dual and vocational education.
Iseni during his speech, stressed that we must first have a realistic picture of existing and potential staff. This can be defined through the implementation of the population census, but also by retraining the existing staff, which would result in the retention of staff in our country.
He added that the labor force of our country is filling the gaps in Germany and Switzerland and in parallel we have a negative birth rate which means that our economy is aging rapidly.
Therefore, ECNWM in its strategy as a strategic definition has defined human resources as a pillar for economic development, based on which it creates and adapts many of its activities in order to create the best possible working conditions for the workforce, increase their quality, competitiveness and increase the standard of living.
