17.12.2025, Tirana — At the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana, institutions representing Albanian business communities from five countries of the region signed, for the first time, a Memorandum of Cooperation for Pan-Albanian Economic Development.
The meeting was convened at the initiative of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana, who is also the President of the Pan-Albanian Economic Forum, Mr. Nikolin Jaka, who emphasized that this initiative serves as an important foundation for strengthening cooperation among Albanian businesses in the region and aims to increase trade exchanges, encourage joint investments, and ensure the active involvement of the Albanian diaspora in economic development.
On this occasion, the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia reaffirmed its commitment to deepening institutional cooperation. The agreement was also signed by the Alliance of Kosovar Businesses, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana, the “Visioni” Business Union representing Preševo, Medveda, and Bujanovac in Serbia, as well as the Ulcinj Forum from Montenegro.
The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia considers this to be an important step toward consolidating pan-Albanian economic cooperation, by creating sustainable foundations for institutional coordination, joint development of economic projects, and stronger representation of the interests of Albanian businesses in the region and beyond.
