The Acting President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Mr. Nuhi Aliu, together with the Executive Director, Mr. Durim Zekiri, were welcomed to the meeting by the Rector of Mother Teresa University, Prof. Dr. Bekim Fetaji.
In the framework of institutional cooperation, it was discussed to establish joint cooperation mechanisms, through which ECNWM will be included in the process of drafting new curricula in all faculties of Mother Teresa University.
The parties also emphasized the organization of joint activities between ECNWM and Mother Teresa University, including trainings, fairs and other initiatives aimed at strengthening inter-institutional cooperation.
This cooperation aims to create sustainable bridges between the academic community and the private sector, enabling the realization of professional practices for students in member companies of the ECNWM, the organization of Business Fairs and “Innovation Days” to promote entrepreneurship, as well as the use of research and scientific works of second cycle (Master) students as concrete solutions to address real challenges of the industry.
ECNWM emphasized its contribution to the development of education and expressed its willingness to be an active partner in cooperation with the University, offering expertise and practical support for the realization of joint projects that connect education with the needs of the labor market.
