Sami Morina, member of the Managing Board of the ECNWM, participated as a panelist at the Debate Forum on the topic “Dual education, the connection between companies and students”, organized by the Heidelberg Faculty in Skopje.
Mr. Morina was part of the discussion panel on the topic “Productivity and practical skills – essential elements for companies”, where he shared his experiences and views on the importance of practical preparation of students and the need for closer cooperation between the private sector and educational institutions.
During the discussion, it was emphasized that companies today need staff who, in addition to theoretical knowledge, also possess concrete practical skills, which can be immediately applied in the workplace. The importance of creating joint programs between universities and businesses was also discussed, with the aim of more efficiently preparing students for the labor market.
It was also emphasized that dual education represents an important model for the development of professional staff, enabling young people to acquire practical knowledge and concrete skills that respond to the real demands of the labor market.
The participation of ECNWM representatives in such forums contributes to opening dialogue between the private sector and educational institutions, creating opportunities for concrete initiatives and long-term cooperation in the function of the professional development of young people.
