The 6th meeting of the ECNWM Managing Board was held. Conclusions from previous meetings and the upcoming activities according to the annual plan were discussed

16.10.2025 – The 6th meeting of the ECNWM Managing Board was held, chaired by the Acting President, Mr. Nuhi Aliu. The Honorary President, Mr. Xhemail Dauti, and the Executive Director, Mr. Durim Zekiri were also present.

Following all the meetings held in the context of the local elections, during which ECNWM presented the Platform for Local Economic Development to political parties and candidates for municipal mayors, the members of the Managing Board discussed the conclusions drawn from all these meetings.

During the discussion, the importance of close cooperation between local authorities and the business community was emphasized, as well as the need for the priorities included in the platform to be reflected in upcoming municipal programs. The Board members highlighted that the implementation of policies that encourage local economic development will directly contribute to improving the business climate and increasing local investments.

The focus of the meeting was the traditional TOP 100™ event, one of the most important economic events, which promotes and recognizes the most successful companies in the country, highlighting their contribution to economic development. The event is scheduled to take place on November 19, during which the TOP 100™ catalog will also be presented, showcasing the top 100 most successful companies of the past year according to their respective categories.

Additionally, the activities planned for the 20th anniversary of ECNWM were discussed, an important milestone that will highlight the history, achievements, and role of the Chamber in supporting the business community over the years.

The members of the Managing Board emphasized the significance of this jubilee year as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with institutions and further advance ECNWM mission in promoting sustainable economic development in the region.
