ECNWM welcomes the President of the Brazil- Macedonia Chamber of Commerce: New prospects open for North Macedonia–Brazil Cooperation

The Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop international cooperation and promote the country’s economic potential, held a meeting with Mr. Luis Fernando del Valle – President of the Brazil-Macedonia Chamber of Commerce (BRA-MAK) and candidate for Honorary Consul of the Republic of North Macedonia in São Paulo, Brazil.

The ECNWM delegation, composed of President Mr. Qyra, Executive Director Mr. Zeqiri, Vice President Mr. Asani, and members of the Managing Board, Mr. Mustafa and Ms. Aliu, welcomed Mr. del Valle at the Chamber’s premises, where substantial discussions took place on the opportunities for economic cooperation between North Macedonia and Brazil.

Both parties agreed that there is great untapped potential in building partnerships in areas of mutual interest, including education, innovation, and the export of value-added products.

The meeting highlighted the strategic importance of strengthening economic ties through the creation of new communication bridges between the private sectors of both countries. Another point of discussion was the significant potential the region offers for tourism development, as one of the sectors with multiple economic impacts—especially through the creation of regional itineraries that could promote North Macedonia as an attractive destination for Brazilian tourists.

ECNWM and BRA-MAK expressed their readiness to build sustainable bridges of cooperation and to advance international economic dialogue for mutual development.
