Mobilization of funds
Our competences include the preparation of call for funds for domestic and foreign funding, from domestic and external sources of funding. The special focus of our consultants is the tools from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) with the Rural Development Component (IPARD), other European Union (EU) programs, the United States (USA), other bilateral donors, institutions international financial, etc.
We work with our members from the beginning to the end of the preparation of the quality report while in the meantime including internal and external consultants.
Strategic planning and advice
In the section on strategic planning and advice, the ECNWM has the best internal and external consultants with practical experience to support strategic orientation for members.
In accordance with the needs of our members, we define strategic directions through analysis and compilation of the strategic plan in accordance with the scope of action. At the request of the member, we define action plans for the operationalization of the strategic plan.
Strategic planning is not just the creation of a strategic plan, but it also requires long-term analysis, assessments and operations. Therefore, our consultants are in constant communication with companies, finding solutions “by measure” and adapting to their needs at any time.
Management of activities
At the request of our members, we provide support in carrying out their activities. Services can be in the field of project and program management, as well as in the realization of direct activities.
We provide direct support for management, decision-making, company investment, financial planning, outsourcing and revision. We also provide support in the management of human resources.
Training and consultations
ECNWM, together with external consultants, has extensive experience in the creation of modules and provision of training. The trainings are designed specifically for each member, in areas such as vision and mission definition, strategy, project cycle management, general and financial management, fund mobilization, preparation of call signatures, team building, management with human resources, facilitating cross-sector partnerships and policy tracking.
The approach of all trainers is done “by measure”. Each training is different from the previous one, with the addition of new and modern knowledge and approaches. In any way, training participants can gain access to new independent knowledge that they will later implement in their organizations or in their private lives.
Research and analysis
For our members, we organize the preparation of quality analyzes and reports in different fields of action. The consultants have experience in developing an analysis of policy creation and evaluation. They have proven experience in developing current and final external quality evaluations for implemented projects and programs, with the implementation of the principle of independence and objectivity.
We provide management consulting with the achievements that the client or donor ensures that the goals set will be achieved effectively and efficiently. Our consultants are focused on the achievements of the organization as well as the employees.
Facilitation
Our most powerful side is good cooperation with all sectors. For this, internal and external consultants are involved in facilitating events to ensure participative decision making, which is of great interest to all interested parties.
