27 March 2017 – Economic Chamber of North – West Macedonia in the framework of USAID’s project Partnership for a better legal regulation, which is implemented with EPI Center, Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication – MASIT and Economic Chamber of Macedonia, today in Tetovo organized an info session aiming to inform small and medium size companies regarding rights and obligations that derive from legal regulations.
After the info session that was held in Veles, this is the second info session through which we aim to help micro, small and medium size companies which face difficulties during law enforcement.
The info session was about the rights and obligations that derive from tax and customs policies, where was discussed on rights and obligations that derive from law provisions on tax‘s field.
Moreover during the meeting were presented rules and problems related to personal income tax, profit tax, VAT and other taxes. The participants had the chance to closer see the accurate determination of tax base which is used during calculations of personal income tax, profit tax, VAT and other taxes.
During the second part of the meeting about the rights and obligations that derive from legal provisions in customs field were presented the customs procedures regarding import and export of textile and agriculture products, as well as rights and obligations of participants in customs procedures, needed documents during customs procedures, legal provisions that derive from customs law and the customs supervision and control within the territory.
