26 October 2017 – ECNWM in the framework of USAID Project “Partnership for a better business regulation”, together with its partners from the Economic Chamber of Macedonia, MASIT, Macedonian Chambers of Commerce and EPI Center International, in front of the representatives of state institutions presented the aim of the project as well as the plan program for the second fiscal year that started in this month.
The purpose of the project is to help micro and small businesses from Macedonia improve their suitability with legal regulations as well as to engage business organizations in a constructive dialogue on improving this regulatory framework.
There was also presented the research conducted by project partners. In order to evaluate the business climate in Republic of Macedonia, in the research were included 377 companies. Topics that were included in this research were regarding inspections, problems that companies face during inspection procedures as well as questions related to taxes and business climate in Macedonia, where were proposed measures in order to improve the current situation.
